Purpose of Marriage

Did you know that marriage existed before man was created?

The actual purpose of marriage has not been known by many people today, especially the youth. Yet, they run into it because it seems there is a demand on them for it. 

Do not rush into any relationship because your dignity is at stake. Some people rush into relationships for many reasons: 

1. Pressure from family and friends or church. 

2. Some think they are overgrowing and therefore need to marry at all costs at a certain age (the age factor). 

3. Some also because of religious purposes. 

4. Others want to marry only to have children (family). 

5. Few marry to prove a point (to shame someone).

All the above reasons for marrying are wrong, that is why there are too many divorces going on. 

The main reason for marriage between a man and woman is to fulfill their destiny to the glory of God. If you do not know your destiny, at least get a glimpse of where you are going in life and choose a suitable partner for yourself. Marriage is not a joke in the sense that it is a lifetime journey of two imperfect people living under the same roof forever neither is it for any selfish desires and for that matter must be treated honorably (Hebrews 13:4).

Marry at your own time when you feel comfortable and do not let anyone for you into it or decide for you.

HOME PROBLEM

There are a lot of bad things that have happened to many people, and we don't want to pretend they never happened. They did happen, and many are still happening that is causing bitterness in most people in our churches, communities, families, companies, countries, etc. And the mass seems not to notice them, or they just overlooked. People are dying inside, no one to talk to concerning their hurt. Some even commit suicide as a result of these problems.
